SHIPPING & ORDERS
How long does shipping take?
Order processing, manufacturing, and delivery typically take between 6 and 10 business days. We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is available on our Track My Order page as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $2.90 on orders under $50.
My order was missing items
No worries. Some of our products ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in multiple packages.
There's an issue with my order
If your package is lost, damaged, or hasn't arrived as expected, please email us at support@throw-blankets.com.
Include a few photos and any relevant details so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
CANCELLATIONS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Can I change my order?
You can request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order moves into processing and we're no longer able to make adjustments.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are possible. If your order has already entered processing, a cancellation fee may apply. Email us at support@throw-blankets.com and our team will do everything they can to help.
What does the satisfaction guarantee cover?
Every blanket is printed to order, so we don't take items back. Instead you get 30 days from delivery to tell us something is wrong. If your order never arrives, arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing or printing defect, send us a photo at support@throw-blankets.com and we refund you or send a replacement. You keep what arrived and you ship nothing back.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How is my payment secured?
Your banking details and credit card information are never shared with us. Every payment is protected by our 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor.
